2. Agricultural Yields & Financial Projections
Mushroom cultivation is an agro-biological enterprise subject to biological variables, natural microflora, climatic fluctuations, water quality, grower hygiene, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Yield metrics, biological efficiency percentages (e.g., 80% to 100% BE), and revenue calculations mentioned in our blog posts, training materials, or consultancy blueprints are representative of optimal commercial conditions.
- Rising Bud Agro LLP does not guarantee specific crop yields, profitability, or income levels. Each grower is responsible for maintaining climate control, hygiene, and local market sales.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We stand behind the quality of our services and products. Please review our refund guidelines:
A. Mushroom Spawn Orders:
Mushroom spawn is a perishable living biological organism. Once dispatched and delivered in healthy condition, spawn bags cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or contaminated in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will dispatch a free replacement batch or issue store credit.
B. Commercial Training Registrations:
Cancellations requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled training batch date are eligible for a 100% refund or free transfer to the next available batch. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the batch are non-refundable, but credit can be transferred to an upcoming training date.
C. Automation Hardware & Sensors:
Our climate automation controllers and sensors carry a 1-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. If a device malfunctions during normal operation, contact our technical support desk for warranty repair or replacement.
